We all must do the things that we do, To save her life, she’d been rushed to ER, pumped full of drugs, He wasn’t her doctor, While a priest was called to try and console her, Without concern, she carried her son to full-term, She bit her own tongue so that she would not scream, Life isn’t easy, and we all struggle the best that we can.
Note: I write on many topics of life and love, with the hope that we understand each other’s struggles with more compassion. The girl in this story felt strongly that her story should be told, to offer the viewpoint of one making such a decision. The decision to end a life is the most serious decision anyone can ever make, to punish a criminal, commit suicide, decide end of life issues, end a pregnancy. I offer my solace to those souls on both sides of this issue. In this case, aborting a life, my heart goes out to those who struggle with grief and doubt because they gave up their child’s life, and to those who wonder if their decision to have their child ruined both of their lives. Life is not easy, my friends, stay “in the love”, and do the best that you can.
